At the Wheeldale we embrace the old adage that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We take great care to ensure our guests enjoy a first class breakfast, made with locally sourced produce.

A full breakfast includes award winning local butcher's sausages and bacon from Ford Butchers of Glaisdale, free-range farm eggs, country mushrooms and fresh tomatoes from Wilson's of Whitby.

In addition to the traditional full english breakfast, options are available for our vegetarian guests and the health conscious. This includes yoghurts, toast (with a range of preserves), fresh grapefruit, and a vegetarian cooked breakfast (Linda McCartney sausages).

A range of herbal teas, coffee and fruit juice is also available.

Availability

On certain occassions we are unable to offer cooked breakfasts to our guests. At these times cereals, toast, yoghurts, graphfruit, juices, tea and coffee will be available. At other times we may offer 'Room Only' accommodation, where no breakfast will be provided at all. You will be informed of either of these arrangements at time of booking.
